It's a gym but feels more like a community (unlike Lifetime!)

I recently took a Healthy Weight Class program that was transforming.
Please make swim caps mandatory in the pool. Way too much hair in pool. Makes no sense that people don’t have to wear them. I’ve requested multiple times and no one ever responds. Make me feel like the Y doesn’t care about its members.

So much to do it with the all family
You have fantastic Yoga teacher in Cara. The place is a little too crowded and your staff that sits in the office should more conscientously make sure people are wiping down equipment after using and also getting people who are sitting on their phones on weight equipment to move. Unfortunately your staff in the office on the second floor are often sitting on their phones too, which I do not think is what you intend to pay them to do.

I think it is a great place for children. My daughter is a member of the Phoenix Gymnastics team and she loves it. They have so many activities and events which allow my daughter to make friends and grow her skills!

It's a great facility with many offerings. The biggest drawback is it is so crowded at certain times.
It keeps me healthy, I like that it’s clean, the staff are friendly. I like that I can bring my 10 yr. Old daughter to work out with me.

It’s a great facility (that is the work out area) with super people (Jeff, Keith, Peter)running it.

Website leaves a lot to be desired and I’m pretty sure having kid swim lessons at the same time as baby swim class causes a lot of diarrhea.
