I received better feedback from trainers at the Y than at my much more expensive gym i previously attended that had much smaller class sizes. There’s also a better variety of classes than at my previous gym. The equipment is very high tech and in great condition. It is a very high quality for a reasonable price!
The Y has been a wonderful experience. The trainers and staff are so friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean, and the machines are in great condition. The array of activities is impressive. There is something for everyone. I feel so much healthier given my participation in the Y programs. It's wonderful to see such a wide range of ages comfortably working out. Most of all, I love the many new friends I have made. I would not only recommend but I would encourage friends and family to join the LVO Y.
The classes, the facilities and the services eg Kids Club have been so wonderful for our family. We love swimming classes, gymnastics open gym time, zumbini, adult fitness classes, they basketball court. We use everything and are so grateful to have this option so close to home.

There are a lot of different options to exercise for everyone
The equipment in the fitness area is new, it is cleaned regularly, and there are many sanitizing stations around the space.
The people at the desk are pleasant, much different from two years ago.
There is a distinct effort to build a squash program.

I went to work out at the Y today for the first time. It was AMAZING. I was impressed with how clean the facility is. Your front desk staff has been awesome. They have been welcoming, friendly & helpful. I took my first in person class since the pandemic with Rosemary. She is so much fun and a fantastic instructor. I used the shower - it was very clean :) All in all, I felt very safe being inside the facility. I also got coffee & a muffin from Dario's. Yummy! I called my sister when I left and told her I was absolutely giddy to be working out in public again and how great the Y is. Thank you.
I actually have a suggestion for the girls locker room. It would be immensely helpful to have benches near the lockers so it makes the transition into classes easier. It makes it easier to put shoes on for kids, sit and place items in the locker, and even to help after bath to keep items off the ground. Thanks!
Your team is great! Nick and everyone is so great with the kids. I would love to have more afternoon activity options for my 3 1/2 year old the begin at/after 4.
