When you arrive, the desk people are friendly and knowledgeable. Then upstairs at you meet Keith. Keith wants to help everyone and keep the machines in top order and clean.
At this point equipment looks a little worn and not up to Y standards but that will change.

The Y is so open, airy and friendly. The staff have all been extremely helpful and encouraging and that rubs off on the fellow member. I have felt very welcomed and have already made new friends which makes me want to go to the gym more often.

What do you like about our program and activities?

Our son Colin loves the free-play component so that he can do sports with his friends across the various grades after school. He also loves any time of theme day (whether it's a movie, craft, dress up, etc.) I want to thank the entire staff for the Glover after school program for making it such a positive experience for my son. Thank you!!

What do you like about our program and activities?

The Cheer program is an amazing experience for my daughters. Teaching them not only skills but team work, friendships, work ethic, confidence, etc. They love the amazing coaches which is mainly why they want to participate every year.

What do you like about our program and activities?

My 1-year-old daughter goes to the LVO YMCA's daycare program and loves her teachers! I love that they let her do independent play but also engage her in activities. She's meeting lots of new babies, which I think is great for her social skills.

What do you like about our program and activities?

My kids are well cared for, the staff is engaging, the enrichment programs keep things fun and interesting, and the flexible schedule enables me to be the best parent I can be. We love the Y!

my daughter loves her team which makes me happy. that’s all that matters to me. the coaches are nice as well. we love christina for a coach.

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

It clean, the staff is nice. It would be nice if there were more early morning group exercise classes. The night and weekend ones are busy (30 in one class). I am new so maybe they were in place before COVID? It would be nice to have some options. Early 5-6 am

Classes are great and the facility is safe and clean. Request for classes at 6 or 7 am. 5 is too early and 8 is too late. Spinning, Pilates and yoga.

Been in the gym most of my life I am 62 over 40 years in the gym one of the best gyms I've been to I'm lucky enough to reside in Marblehead right now and the gentleman that actually sat on the board that put this gym together our friends of mine they are great people a gentleman that actually was on the board I see him there regularly he's 85 now and on his own engineering company just great the gym is great the people are great need ice anymore God bless you all
