terrific facility
The Y has been a great place for our family. Our daughter started her daycare at the Y. Learned to swim at the Y. Has done camps and theater through the Y. She still is in contact with many from her daycare days. The rest of our family uses resources and fitness classes. In all...its part of our daily life. Great staff, careing people, great facilities.

There are a lot of activities for all ages. (It's a little harder to find things for my family during the summer, since summer camp seems to use the facility a lot, but during the school year it's great.)
The YMCA is a life-line for my family. My child looks forward to going to camp every day and I am so grateful that she is being well cared for, having fun, making friends, and learning skills. Both of my children thrive in swim class where they are so lucky to have supportive, kind, knowledgeable instructors that create a space for them to develop a safe relationship with the water.
As for my own mental health, the YMCA gives me a space for self care- something I prioritize but don't allow much opportunity for. The YMCA makes self care accessible to me. The financial assistance my family is given is hugely valuable to me and to my family and I look forward to the day when I can give back so that other families can be on the receiving end of this hugely important support.

It’s a good daycare. Good hours and schedules, and price. Staff is nice and caring with the kids and prepare them before they go to Kindergarten.

Beautiful facility and friendly, helpful staff. I go for the pool, and it is nice and clean and has lots of availability.

We love the outdoor pool. It is very clean and the life guards are excellent.
Staf was so accomodating with my needs. They responded quickly and courteously from the front desk to out on the floor.
My 11- year old son comes home tired by happy every day. They play different sports and games, go to the swimming pool. We go to Sports Mania three years in a row, and he doesn't want to change this camp to anything else.

Great facility, excellent programs and offerings, friendly staff.
My campers liked the counselors, activities, mix of activities, swimming every day. They liked ‘flagpole’ and all the cheers. They liked kayaking, and getting patches. They liked arts and crafts and making friends from other places.

I think I've replied to a similar survey not long ago. But - because it's friendly, has good programs and activities for all ages.
Lots of activities for all levels!! I especially love the aqua aerobics and yoga classes!

Wonderful people from the first person I meet in the morning to lifeguards. My activities are limited - my choice and it’s all water and all the water here is wonderful with three pools and many variations of activity. Parking is absolutely no problem and I love that there is a breakfast bar although I haven’t used it yet.

We took a break from Children's Island for a few years and have returned this year. We are very pleased with Kasey's management of this program - very organized, clear communication and responsive to issues as they arise. This has been our best Children's Island experience and we first got involved about 12 years ago with our oldest child. Kudos to Kasey!!!
The sports coaches are really top notch. They have patience for the young kids and make the lessons fun and engaging. My son has loved both soccer and t-ball and looks forward to going back. It is also helpful that the same coaches already know my son from the daycare center, so they make him feel comfortable and at ease.
