Overall the y is run very well.

The only feedback I have is to please send an email when the y is closing early for staff events.

Responsive staff, decent equipment, no pressure atmosphere and programs to support families and children. I can put my membership on hold when I’m getting my exercise outside. Thank you!

So far I've only done Zumba. Both of the instructors, Donna and Cheryl, are great, enthusiastic, and full of fun. They do a great job of encouraging and accommodating people who are new to Zumba or dancing or who have physical limitations, as well as leading and challenging the experienced, more proficient dancers.

The front desk staff are also great, very welcoming, patient and understanding. They were very good at welcoming me and showing me around when I first joined a few months ago. I haven't checked out the weight/resistance equipment yet, but that's something I intend to do. Everything looks inviting as I walk through to the fitness room.

The pickleball court floors are great.
The maze to get there is interesting….
The complex is showing its age, but we enjoyed playing there.

I really like how the program offers a variety of meaningful activities that keep all the children engaged and supported. The activities are well-planned, interactive, and encourage learning, growth, and connection. I also appreciate how inclusive and supportive the environment is, making everyone feel welcome, valued, and comfortable participating at their own pace.

My daughter was very hesitant to go to camp, being 13 and new to Haverhill! She absolutely loved it! After the first week she wanted to go the rest of summer! The counselors were wonderful! Megan and McKenzie are 2 names I remember! All the staff was kind, caring and nurturing! Hoping she can go again next summer and become a CIT. thank you again!

I love the hydrofit classes. I can’t decide which I enjoy more, the deep end or the shallow end classes. The instructors are fantastic and make the hour fun.

I love that you offer the flexibility and offer a variety of activities for the kids. The communication is also great and the staff is very friendly and supportive to our kiddos! Thank you for all you say!

My son enjoys the programming very much.

My son feels safe, I always hear the staff when we see them around always give my son a warm welcome, I think the team is great and they do a great job maintaining my sons safety and keeping them entertained

Everyone is friendly and professional. They have a good balance of learning and free time for the kids. They also have swimming and karate. I am very pleased with everything!
