The facility is clean and equipment and courts are well maintained. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. There are plenty of training classes offered with skilled trainers who take an interest in making sure that you are safely working to your potential and continuing to progress in achieving your fitness goals. My wife and I are very happy with what the Haverhill YMCA has to offer!

Great staff!

The staff are amazing and they keep the kids busy and entertained. My boys always have so much fun going to the Before And After School program.

Chase enjoys the program and I like the structure. It has a good mix of socialization, outdoor time, and learning curriculum.

Staff a very friendly, very helpful

The staff are awesome, they interact in such fun ways with the kids and take great care of them. So many fun different activities! Ava loves all the arts and crafts.

All of the staff is amazing and so tentative to all the children’s needs. They go above and beyond to make sure the kids are having fun and well taken care of!

I love the staff! Everyone has been so wonderful to our daughter and we appreciate all of them making her feel comfortable and welcome.

The staff is friendly and helpful

The swimming instructor worked well with my daughter. She made sure my daughter felt comfortable and safe while taking the swimming class. Im glad I signed her up for the private swimming classes.

I had put my membership on hold for the winter but something went wrong and I was charged in February. I was able to find an email address to send in my request for the membership to be put on hold. Without communication, sadly, my membership was put on hold and my payment refunded eventually. The refund was an unexpected bonus, thank you.

My son has made wonderful progress in his YMCA swimming class. When he first started, he was a bit unsure in the water, but over time he has grown more confident, comfortable, and independent. He’s developed strong basic skills like floating, kicking, and coordinating his movements, and he now approaches each lesson with excitement and determination. It’s been great to see not only his swimming abilities improve, but also his confidence and sense of accomplishment grow with each class.

The staff members and dedication they give

when it comes to programs at the YMCA we like almost all the programs offered, but is there One that is very important for my family and me , is the swimming program, not only is a lifelong skill, but is one with many benefits physically, mentally, healthy, and fun. One I highly recommend, and the staff make the liking it even more for they are good on what they do.

Because you're the only gym in MA, possibly all the world that doesn't have a radio constantly blasting music in the workout area. It's everything I want out of a gym experience: sweet silence so I can enjoy my headphones.
