Very attentive and helpful employees!
The Cape Ann YMCA is a really nice facility with great programs staffed by excellent teachers.

Great instructors. Lots of different classes.
There are always enough cardio machines and the facilities are very clean.
We love the staff! We love the different programs offered, such as after school program, friday night fun, summer camps, sports mania, etc. My daughters feel very happy, safe and excited to join any YMCA program. Very grateful to be a part of the YMCA!
Because I enjoy everything about it.
User friendly
Clean, bright facility with plenty of equipment.
Friendly, courteous staff, great equipment. Clean facility.
The Cape Ann YMCA is an incredibly welcoming community where everyone is supported to reach their personal goals. The staff are highly-skilled and the facility is both expansive and immaculate. I can't recommend it highly enough!
Amount of different activities available. Clean facility
The infant room staff are amazing!
Great space, lots of activities and gym equipment
I love the fact that there is so much to do. You can book a class or go to the gym or use the pool. I also love that we have access to not only your “home” Y but other YMCA’s in the area!
Beautiful facility. Amazing people. Love the yoga classes!
Clean and great staff great instructors
Nice facilty, lots of great programs
Great facility. Pleasure to work out there. Never too crowded. Has everything I need and much more for my workouts.
Excellent instructors and a variety of classes
However it would be helpful to have a sign up sheet for the classes that are very popular. On Saturday I drove from Beverly to go to a stretch class. It was packed and I couldn’t get in. In the future I will make sure to get there early
Thank you
Your surveys are too long and consuming. I'm curious about your response rate. I think it would be of greater value to identify concerns of the patrons, rather than seeking self validation.
Ipswich Family Y is a wonderful facility 5 miles from our house. It is clean and well maintained. I have enjoyed playing pickle ball and am now learning about and enjoying the gym facility. Kerri O’Conner has been a wonderful teacher and motivator for me. I am spreading the word!
The facility is always so clean & welcoming.
Staff are friendly helpful & genuinely interested in ensuring everyone is engaged.
Something there for all folks love the inter generational interactions.
Do miss the Cove cafe though
Because it gives me exactly what I need at an incredible price.
It's been great! We have really enjoyed ourselves, the whole family, thus far with our membership.
Convenient location, clean, accommodating, great exercise programs, beautiful pool.
It’s a bright and happy atmosphere—nice, competent staff…lots of classes for all ability levels…lots of exercise machines and usually short wait times for using them.
My only complaint is that some members sit on fitness machines texting which takes time away from those who want them. I ask if they’re going to be finished soon which brings them back to earth. Can a sign be posted asking members to refrain from texting while using fitness machines? I saw a couple of Y members getting very upset because of this situation and the Y employee behind the desk didn’t know how to diffuse the situation.
Last, and this seems to be getting better, Y employees are also texting in the fitness machine
area. It seems like they should be surveying the room to make sure members are using machines and weights correctly. I’m not an expert on this, but I do see some members who could use help/assistance. I’ve provided help/advice at times which seems to be appreciated, but this isn’t my job/area of expertise.

It's a nice gym, well equipped, clean and decent Pickleball program which is what I'm interested in. The APP isn't working very well now though, have to log in every time and it's slow to respond. You probably already know that.... Also the water fountains in Gloucester the water pressure is too low, if you forget a water bottle you can't even really use them...
