Excellent classes, amazing and educated instructors, and wonderful community. I do a wide array of things at the Y, workouts on my own and group ex of various types and I enjoy it all thoroughly. Classes are well planned and executed by the wonderful staff. I’ve been to boutique gyms that don’t stand up to the quality and community of the local Y.
Awesome facilities & staff
A beautiful facility clean, friendly atmosphere, the instructors are great! My favorite class is Vanasse's Lee's class on Monday,Wednesday and Friday.
Staff is always helpful.
I have one suggestion. Please put blinds on the window in the first floor gym. The sun coming in is very uncomfortable and blinding.

Great instructors and facility. I do wish people removed street shoes before entering the Mind-Body studio. It seems unsanitary since classes are generally done bare foot.

CONTINUE TO ENJOY OUR TIME AT THE Y, DESPITE THE INCREASE IN PARTICIPATION IN THE EXERCISE/WEIGHT ROOM AREAS. A GOOD PRODUCT IS GOING TO BECOME POPULAR SO THAT IS A GOOD THING.
ONE AREA OF CONCERN IS THAT THE INCREASING #S OF PERSONALLY TRAINED CLIENTS (AGAIN AN INDICATION OF A GOOD THING!) CAN SOMETIMES CREATE CONGESTED TRAINING AREAS AND SHARED EQUIPMENT. THE TRAINERS ARE ALL VERY PLEASANT, PERSONABLE AND TRYING TO MAKE THE BEST OF THE SOMETIMES CROWDED AREA HOWEVER, SOME DON’T RECOGNIZE THAT SETTING UP IN FRONT OF AN AREA OR PIECE OF EQUIPMENT THEY ARE NOT USING CAN BE A PROBLEM. EX: SETTING UP A STEPPING EXERCISE IN FRONT OF THE TRX BANDS ISN’T THE BEST CHOICE. USING PLYO BOXES AS A TABLE TOP TO INSTRUCT A CLIENT AGAIN NOT THE BEST CHOICE. THE PT INSTUCTORS USUALLY ARE THE ONES WORKING AROUND OTHERS AND SHARING EQUIPMENT, BUT AT TIMES MINOR THINGS SUCH AS ABOVE CAN BE BETTER MANAGED.

Clean, plenty of equipment and options to exercise. Great space so you don’t feel crowded.
Installing a Sauna would make the experience next level!
Cleanliness, basketball courts, and the gym, are 10/10, although some of the attachments are pretty old and there isn’t enough of them at times for the cables machines in the gym, otherwise is all good, the CAY it’s #2 in the northshore area.
