I have been going to the YMCA for the past 20 years to swim. I would like to recognize THOMAS. He constantly has his eyes on the pool and walks the area. He is the best lifeguard you have had since I have been going there. I feel safe and he is always friendly and greets everyone with a warm smile. THOMAS is a great assest to the team. Thank you.

The Cape Ann Y is centrally located to my house and errands. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The environment is clean and contemporary.
But, I wish PBall was 9-12 pm like Beverly at least 2 days a week.
The yoga classroom is way small and I do not like having to register ahead for classes which a lot of the time seem full so I look at Beverly's class schedule.
The bigger exercise classroom is nice but also too small for the amount of people attending some classes.
As a senior member we should be able to have our grandkids use the water park the few times they visit Gloucester. Last time we were told the day we arrived the policy had changed to only family memberships.
I like that it is easy to hold a membership (for my husband in the winter months).
I wish the paper towels in the bathrooms were white/softer..

The Fit4Life class is excellent. The concept is great. Having it scheduled on Monday thru Friday at 10:30 is very convenient. Having different instructors teaching the same concepts in different styles mixed things up a bit. Best class ever! Just need a bigger space!
The girl was very very efficient and smart knew how to do what she did how to get me the membership and stuff. She was very sweet.
