My daughter has loved camp! Everyday is different enough she has been challenged and the counselors are so encouraging and empowering. I’ve seen such an improvement in her self esteem that will carry into the school year.

Clean facility...lots of good fitness options...friendly staff...just needs a sauna instead of a steam in the Ladies locker room and it would be perfection!

I appreciate how this Y camp is run and that my kids come home with smiles on their faces. We have done other Y camps and my kids didn't enjoy them at all.

Clean, plenty of room and equipment to do what I want for a workout.
I am greeted with warmth each time. I have found that if I have a question whoever I am talking with goes out of their way to help me. That is very rare these days.

The Gloucester YMCA is amazing all around incredible classes in and out of the pool staff is incredible the café is delicious and after my classes I take a steam in the shower walked out of there feeling Brand New highly recommend it to the world💪❤️
The splash pad alone is worth the membership my kids love it!

Everything the YMCA is a place where me and my family can go enjoy daily exercise activities and so much more and the staff friendly environment is very clean and I just love going there. In the water splash pad is a plus my toddler love it.

We love your facility. Have been using it for the month while we were here in Gloucester. It’s clean, bright, lots of space. Great machines, nice selection of free weights. Love your basketball court. Next summer hope to join in on some of your classes. Thank you.
The facility is outstanding and has everything a health conscious individual could want. The only reason I didn't give a 10 rating is because, as a person with a physical disability that only allows me to do the butterfly stroke in the swimming pool, it's hard for me to share a lane and many times I've felt obligated to give up my lane before my routine is completed. The butterfly Stroke is not conducive to two people in a lane, as this is executed on ones back, as you know. I've tried, but I always end up making contact with my fellow swimmer, because you cant see in front of you. Also, they seem to close down lanes an awful lot and often without warning until the last minute, again before routines are completed. I understand the pool is meant for everyone, but would it be possible to issue a disability tag, or lane marker for those that are limited in their style and motion. I have a bunch of titanium in my neck and lower back. The steel in my neck prevents me from lifting my head while doing the crawl and other swimming styles. Some people have very specific times they can exercise in the pool too, but I understand there's very little that can be done about that. All in all, I'm very pleased with the weight equipment and other exercise equipment provided by the Y. I think this new facility is one of the best things to happen in Gloucester in years. Good job!
