Miss Lilly is the best swim instructor. She is kind and playful with my preschool grandson and we will miss seeing her every week as she starts her teaching position and will only be at the Y on Saturday. Thank you

This is such a great addition to our community. All through the year people are there, families with their children and empty nesters like myself.
I am there quite often each week.
I also wanted to thank the staff that cleans the facility. They do a remarkable job.

The best place to play Pickleball, take a strength class, swim and have fun. Instructors are excellent and you get such a nice greeting every time you walk in the door. We are so fortunate to have this Y in Gloucester.

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

The Y seems generally like a great facility to have locally in our area. However, the reason I am giving such a great score is because of the staff I have interacted with so far at the Y. Joe Dapper helped us get set up as members which involved multiple in person meetings and several online communications. He was always extremely polite, responsive and honestly is just a great guy. I could not be happier with the level of service Joe provided us in answering all of our questions and his care and thoughtfulness to our families needs. Given you employee such a great guy like Joe, I can only assume you do a great job taking care of your employees

The Y is clean and staff at front desk are very welcoming (at least those I meet at 6-7 AM). The weight machines are sufficiently numerous that there are no long waits and are in ample number and variety. The other clients are also pleasant and helpful!
