Erika is the one of two people who can cut my hair just how I like it. The other is the shirt gal with glasses who also works at the Redmond location. They are always happy to see me and do a great job so it keeps me coming back.

I really appreciate the extra TLC that comes with the MVP package (or even the Triple Play). It's an added bonus that the stylists are super conversationalists.
