My son likes the way his hair is cut, and the price is right, but the wait is often too long. We were first on the list with 5 people cutting hair and still waited 40 min. Seemed like there wasn't a quick transition between clients - if you can get the stylists to clean up quicker, not chat so much with each other and move onto the next client I think you will see more business!
