Convenience and price
I manage retail myself, and I pay attention to businesses when I walk in, checking out how customers are being treated, along with the general atmosphere of the store. This store impressed me from the moment I walked in. I was lucky enough to be helped by Erika, and found out she was the manager. Her shop is just awesome. I do not live in Redmond, but now my haircut just got more expensive, cause I will be driving back to Redmond whenever I need another haircut. I was vague with what I wanted for my haircut, and Erika nailed it. Plus, with the extra service of washing your hair afterwards (the hot towel around my face was a nice surprise), and the personal attention the staff gives their customers, I really felt valued as a customer.
Erika is professional, conscientious, and extremely capable. Because of her attitude, I drive a longer distance to her Redmond, WA shop. Worth the time!

It's a great atmosphere, everyone is super friendly, and the price is reasonable.
Friendly employees that work in a total men's atmosphere full of sports, from their lockers and pitchers to there flat screen tv's that only show sports. Make sure you ask for the MVP treatment.
The staff are friendly and I've had great haircuts so far. Also, I really like the massage shampoo and massage chair... helps after the stress of the work day, and I use it to "treat" myself.
