Clean studio, men’s bathroom was the cleanest in all of South Bay studios. Please open a location near Almaden. We are sad the original studio closed and going to different locations has to been a challenge due to natural traffic flow.

I really enjoy the familiarity of knowing the segments of the hour ie sun a sun b sun b plus core balancing stretch and the excitement of FEELING THE NEWNESS IN MY BODY OF THE SEQUENCE. the teachers are excellent and are wonderful in connecting the community. Gotta love the heat as well!
Great studio. Wish there was one closer to the Almaden area. Traffic traffic is really tricky with studios further north. Please consider re-opening an Almaden studio.

Emily's HPF is an absolute staple! Bring a friend who enjoys the heat!
It is very challenging. But does a great job of meeting each individual where they are. Allowing you to go at your own pace or modify the movements to adapt to your needs and abilities. The instructors motivate you, correct you, and push you to give your best effort. And the music was great! :-) I was a first-timer, the class kicked my butt. But I absolutely loved it!!!
The variety of Exercise. Very good engaging class. Went by really fast and a really good work out.

I really enjoy the classes and the teachers are great. I mainly do HPF which I love. I wish some of the instructors would open the doors more during the class as it gets very hot and while I enjoy the heat, I can’t tolerate the whole class without some fresh air here and there

Flexibility of going to any studio with the membership
This was my first ever Yoga session. While I didn't know all the steps/formations, I did not feel pressured or silly in trying to figure it out and in catching up with the rest of the class. Thanks for the session!
I signed up to have one week trial free and I love it so much. I wished that core yoga close to North Valley
I enjoyed Charlotte’s 6:45 Power Yoga 2 course that incorporated light handweights for assisted extension in twists. Her verbal cues were excellent and helped me with my form.
I am so happy with my experience at CorePower that I want to work there!!

The people!!! Especially the instructors. Teacher appreciation week is coming up, May 4th to 9th. My hope is that CorePower can adopt this, and help celebrate each and every one of their great teachers.
