Wow Ayrin is the best! Just when I thought C2 classes only have so many variations but she changed my mind! Her yoga flow is very refreshing, her guidance is flawless, her energy is contagious.. I would want to take her class again!
I really enjoy my CorePower experience. I’d love to see some C3 classes sometime, they seem like a natural next step and could be a fun way to push my practice even further!
The studio is beautiful and I love the location. The classes are empowering as well as transformational. I especially enjoy Tracy's classes on Saturday mornings.

Instructor was very welcoming. Class went a bit faster than I was ready for as a fort timer. Wish I would have studied the poses before coming. Room was extremely hot (88 degrees). Instructor was patient and spent time helping out. I never felt intimidated

At the Santa Clara Square studio I enjoy taking C2 classes with both Tony and Spencer. It is evident that they put a lot of thought and care into their classes. It's always a fun experience, and in the past four months since I've started doing yoga regularly, I've noticed a lot of growth in my practice through their challenging yet supportive instruction. I appreciate how Tony incorporates mantras into his classes and weaves them into the principles of yoga. It provides meaning and connection to what we are doing. In Spencer's class, I always enjoy how he carves out time at the end of his session for a sound bath. I've never experienced anything like it before. His use of singing bowls and gongs provide a meditative, almost transcendent experience for me. I leave class feeling both grounded yet uplifted. The studio is a little farther for me to get to, but it's worth it for the high quality and personable instructors.
