I really enjoyed the class.
One suggestion would be to have your instructors wear microphones as it is hard to hear in a large class with so many people. I have done yoga at other studios that use headset microphones and the sound is much better.

Ran taught a great sculpt class on Orange Friday.
I love Marie Rickmyer’s calm and supportive nature. She wonderfully explains how the postures benefit different muscles, glands and our overall wellness. I had to take my glasses off during class and I’m very close to being legally blind without them so I relied 100% on her verbal cues and descriptions. Because she is so clear and precise, I was able to do her entire class without clear vision. Marie is an outstanding yoga instructor. I highly recommend her.
I love how hard Sarah S. Works us in the 90 minute Hot Yoga. She’s the boss!
CSX is my favorite class. I wish there were more time slots available in the mornings!

I can do flow or sculpt. Karla is so welcoming and helpful. There are some very caring instructors who have taught for years- simply amazing. Some newer instructors that are learning and becoming just as awesome. I'm glad to back.

I love corepower Maple Grove. I have been to a variety of classes and have enjoyed all of them. The instructors are all welcoming and always make a point to call out names and say, “thank you for coming, great practice, ect.” on the way out the door. They all seem like they want to be there, and enjoy what they do. I have had a hard time consistently working out the past few years but getting into a consistent routine here has felt natural and easy. I’m thankful for this place!
