Love the classes, but my only suggestion is to keep the volume at a reasonable level. When it is too loud, it is difficult to hear the instructor and not enjoyable

Facilities are very nice and the instructors are awesome. I've gone to a few sessions with Alice lately and she is top notch for early morning workouts.

I enjoy the wife range of different classes and class times. It allows me to be able to practice with your studio around my work schedule. The teachers are I find to be incredible as well!

There are options!! if you want intense, they have INTENSE! if you was more chill stretching, they got chill classes. the free week was so great so i could try them all out & see what i like!

A super fantastic studio. I love their hot yoga classes, I always feel welcomed and the instructors are great. The ladies locker room is so well stocked. They started doing a free community class on Sunday which I love and value. Sadly they stopped taking cash, so it impacts my ability to pop in for a class same day/last minute and that’s really why I stopped attending and switched to another studio but this is still my fav place.

I love the 7:30am Saturday sculpt and hot yoga classes. I try to get in a few a month. Both instructors are Awesome.

I love the NE studio and all of the instructors I have had. My only feedback is that sometimes the restore classes are so packed, it causes angst vs relaxation. Perhaps adding 1 or 2 more of those to give additional options would be helpful.
