I like my teachers but I would love for there to be more mirrors in the class to help with proper weight lifting techniques.
This location has some of the best instructors/classes but unfortunately, isn't as close to my house or convenient given the parking.

Great to attend my 50th session at Roseville Corepower. I didn't even know it was a milestone. Great class, was able to keep up even though I haven't been able to attend regularly lately due to work. No soreness the next day which was a relief.
The instructors! They are great and very helpful. Take the time to explain the flow and how some of the moves impact your mind and body health

Noah is a great instructor, but I think the heat is excessive. It was 97 degrees in the room prior to class starting. Add dozens of sweaty people and it gets unbearable. Several people were taking a break on their mats due to the heat.
