Amy Wander’s class is fantastic! She is inspirational and phenomenally motivating. Beret’s class is too easy, and not challenging enough. I wish she would use all 60 minutes for a workout.
Jackie lead a fantastic and fun class. Her refinement, cues invited me to adjust my postures and explore each pose in a different way than I have before.
Erin is a great instructor! So clear, so thoughtful about smoothly inserting variations right where they’re needed. I’ve been putting insulation into a cramped attic and really needed this class. Noelle

I loved the Hot class. Thank you. Bathroom and showers and water fountain look terrible though - they should be cleaned multiple times per day and the carpet at the entryway vacuumed all the time. Also, the cubbies look very dirty. Cleanliness is important to me. Also, the grout lines in the showers need repair.
