I absolutely loved Camille’s class. It was such a perfect mix of challenge and epic stretches. It was my favorite class I’ve taken here!
I found the class with Sara a bit too fast choreography and I was thinking too much about all the movements I couldnt rest into the poses as much
For me personally
Greg’s class was good for when I really want to push it. Was more “Agro” which I can get into when I hve the energy.

Recent class - Thur 05/16 - 5:00p Yoga Sculpt Brynn W stepped iup and taught the class at the last minute - scheduled teacher was a
no call/no show. She did an excellent job - just started teaching with CPY. Poised , very organized- excellent communication- well dressed - Gold Star ⭐️
I like the amount of classes and locations to choose from; I feel I can find a class almost at any time during the day
I love going to Nicole's class. Its calming, mindful, and tough. It challenges my mental and physical body.
