I like that the environment was judge free and the instructor made it clear to go at your own pace/ whatever feels right for your body. I also love that the sun is up at the start of the session and towards the end it falls.

Very friendly and professional staff. I’ve only taken a couple different classes at this location and have enjoyed the instructors. I do wish the studio floors and the women’s locker room/bathroom were a little cleaner - but maybe I’ve gone during really busy times or they don’t have someone to clean until another later in the day.

Love the strength class. The instructors are night and day with their level of difficulty though, which isn’t noted. Thursday 10:00 should be considered an advanced class compared to Monday 8:30

I honestly don't know what I'd do without this studio and the amazing classes. I'm so grateful for the hot yoga offerings, and every teacher does it a little differently, which I really love. Katie is one of my favorites, though, as she really personalizes the sessions and offers amazing corrections. She is actively tracking my progress in several poses, which makes me feel amazing and supported. While we all know there have been bumps and bruises at the Westminster studio, this place really is my home away from home and the place where I feel most like myself in the world (outside of my with my family!). Thank you for the continued offerings, high-quality instructors, and awesome environment to practice hot yoga in!
If I let the internet know how excellent this studio is, with all its laudatory teachers, who make the place a welcoming and open refuge as they challenge your ideas on well-being and fitness, note the joint's spotless change rooms, reveal its sneakily humid studio with its high ceiling and spacious floor, and describe its low-key vibe with high-caliber people, will it all then change? Will it?
You'll be cared for here, recognized, encouraged, possibly even provoked a bit. Instructors are knowledgeable and kind, detail-oriented and thorough. If you have just a bit of motivation, classes will demand something from you, more than enough for you to start arguing with yourself about just how valuable yoga will be in your daily life. More than enough...
... and if this wasn't enough, after class you have an omelette shop on your left, a pizza option on your right, possibly buy some gas out front, and shop for your over-priced groceries in the lot.

I have been a member of core power since 2020. All the teachers are very kind and helped me learn yoga. but Sarah in particular is a very kind, patient person and she knows how to listen to everyone's needs. My English isn’t that great and she makes me feel comfortable when I attend her class, she is very clear with her instructions. so I highly recommend core power if you are suffering from anxiety or depression.

I love visiting the Fort Collins CorePower when I am in Colorado visiting family. Everyone is always so friendly, the workouts are great, and I love getting to go to CorePower even though I'm traveling. Now if only you would open a location in Cheyenne....
