I really enjoy the flow and pace of all of the classes. Each instructor at Louisville location is inviting, fun and have great music playlists (it makes a huge difference in my practice).
The instructor (Ruby) was great. She was warm and energetic. I was surprised that the locker room didn't seem very clean. It smelled like urine and I had to look for a shower that didn't look like I would get dirtier standing in it. Kind of gross.
