I was new, and the teacher helped me a ton with getting everything figured out. It was a nice experience, with difficult balance exercises, some meditation, and even some core exercises. Lots of fun, would do it again!

The Louisville studio is a very pleasant experience. The studio, itself, is well maintained, it's clean, the lockers work, and the staff and teachers are very professional and do an excellent job.

All the teachers, and all the different classes, are so important and helpful to me as a student. Core power hires different ages of teachers who all bring interesting perspectives and joyful love to the classes. I feel so lucky to be able to attend Core Power studios. Lori, Elona, Jackie, Deeann, Rachel, Katy, Amber, Nicole, just to name a few, bring so much wisdom, thoughtfulness, and safe expertise to the lessons. I love how they are all able to be themselves, and share their knowledge and love to their students.

This is the closest studio to my house so it is my preferred location. I haven't had any issues since I had emailed corporate about a student so kept opening the door on her own to let the hot air out form a "hot yoga" class. She was also blocking the door as soon as you opened to get into the studio and I almost stepped on her. I had mentioned it was a safety concern and ever since things have been running smoothly so thank you. I will continue to go to this location.
