I love how all the instructors for sculpt have their own routines.
Jamie led an awesome class. She was super upbeat, positive and fun, but still really pushed us without going too hard. Roscoe Village is probably my favorite studio in the city.

I've given feedback before but goes unanswered but v thought I'd try again.
No criticism on the instructor's but more the students.
I do think members should know basic edicate for class and leaving during savanna. People regularly leave and move in the savassana or while the instructor is talking (terminating the session) and teaching. To me the distraction takes away from the purpose
Of savasana. Simple welcome packs can possibly address that when they join.

Love the studio and the classes I usually attend - great selection of times for before and after work hours - would suggest they keep the locker rooms at normal temps (not 79*) please!

Emily A’s sculpt class is amazing. A great instructor, good pace and challenging yet doable class.
The studio was clean, welcoming, and fun. Bethany did a great job and she encouraged us to just focus on our practice and that it was okay not to be able to do it all. Will definitely be taking another class with her!
