The time I spend at corepower is always positive and encouraging to me and the other yogis. The trainers spend so much time preparing for class while making sure we are safe and challenged. I usually go to the a.m.classes, I am always greeted with positive and welcoming trainers. I always feel their concern for us.

My class with Paulo this past Sunday was fantastic. He’s one of the best corepower C2 instructors I’ve ever had. The class was appropriately challenging and he was there to offer amazing cues and small assists. He felt passionate and knowledgeable. I would go back just for his class.

The teachers, the studio and the cleanliness.
Instructor Juan Nuineo was terrific. His experience was evident. Great flow, great attention to students. And THANK GOODNESS. A teacher trained to do assists. The new inexperienced teachers are HORRIBLE - no assists, music too loud, no verbal corrections. They don’t even get yoga as a mindfulness practice.
