I had to switch to Opera to schedule my haircut.
Also, the survey flow is also flawed. Clicking on the survey link did not pre-fill the form with basic info like the store number and transaction number. This is not a good user experience as I had to go back to the email to search and copy the needed information.

I'm a repeated customer and I always get asked about how I am going to get my haircut. I appreciate that they dont assume I will get the same haircut according to their notes but rather allow me to confirm or instruct or provide guidance. They are all capable individuals who happen to give consistent haircuts and quality services. I have not had any complaints nor had to have any additional adjustments made after the service completed.

My favorite thing is getting a shampoo after my hair is cut, eliminating cut hair getting in my collar and sticking me in the neck.
Viene “V” at the Dallas location on Midway provided me with a GREAT first Impression of Sports Clips and I will be back!!!! She let me in a few moments early due to the heat, got me registered and shared the options with me.
