Love going to this location because of the staff and how professional they are. Jerry definitely took care of the mess I had on my head lol. Not only was he professional, but he was personable and friendly. As a Veteran it was easy to talk with him. I would highly recommend going and booking your next cut with Jerry. The guy cutting my hair was another story. Had to buy an electric cutter and use it every day until my hair evens out. Bald spots and uneven everywhere. He doesn't know how to cut hair

I love the price and the VPI package. Also that you can tell how much wait time there is on each location. Bad part, not all hairdresses do a good job. Also, not a fan that you can't see which days your favourite hairdresser works so you can plan ahead.

I wear a military cut that is a bit hard to shape. Add graying hair and fading from zero to a half on the sides along with keeping the front longer definitely presents a challenge to most all I've sat with. Elvia nails it every time. In fact I had to go to another shop while on vacation and ended up with a mohawk! When I went back to Elvia she took one look at me and said 'Trendy, interesting'!!! Thankfully she was able to correct that 'trendy' mishap!

The ease of getting into a chair with a stylist. I do have an issue with yesterday. I didn’t get the offer to trim eyebrows or hair on ears. Also after. The shampoo was still on me when I got back to the chair. First time this ever happened. I have been a customer for years.
Saba is a great stylist! She knows the kind of hair I have and she knows how to make it look good.
