I like the consistency of the haircut. Vianey was very good. She asked extra questions to make sure my trim was as I wanted, and she has attention to detail. She didn't rush.

The website needs work, though. I could not load it correctly in Chrome.
I had to switch to Opera to schedule my haircut.
Also, the survey flow is also flawed. Clicking on the survey link did not pre-fill the form with basic info like the store number and transaction number. This is not a good user experience as I had to go back to the email to search and copy the needed information.
