You are always greeted when you enter and they make sure you understand how to sign-in. They are quick to clean up from the pevious client and quick to get you in a chair. They offer you upgraded service without making you feel pressured. I genuinely feel the team cares about the service they provide.

I take my 11 yr old grandson to the location on SpringCreek Pkwy in Plano. He HATES getting haircuts and acts like a spoiled brat. Your stylists are so patient with him (and me) and try their best to please both of us.
I was having a pretty crappy day in a really crappy year and decided I had to get my haircut. This was the first place I found and stopped. I'm so glad I did! Donna did such a great job and took such good care of me that it actually made my day better. Words don't really do it justice, but I'll definitely be back!
