Adela Casey, manager at the Sport Clips Haircuts of Village at Stone Oak in San Antonio, is the best barber/stylist I have ever had in my 61 years. She does my haircut right each and every time and it is always a pleasant, relaxing experience. I moved to an area far away from her shop, but would not dream of going to anyone else.
the last few trips were not a very good experience. but we gave it a try again and learned exactly how to tell the professional how we wanted our hair cut. Grace was wonderful, she gave input on what would be good and it turned out perfect.

Checking in online to save time on the wait. The fact that your stylists have details/instructions from previous cuts in the system. It makes my job as a mom easy since I don’t have to explain what I want every time.

I appreciate being able to use online check-in to get in line for a cut without having to physically be in the salon.

I feel awful foe forgetting the name of my stylist, but she was fantastic and our casual conversation made the whole cut pleasant and relaxed.
Please look up which stylist gave me my haircut, and let her know that her skill and work were noticed and appreciated.
Neishia at my store is amazing and makes you feel like king for that 30 minutes or so you are with her. She runs chills through my spine with her calm voice, her skillful way of cutting my hair and the way she makes you feel like she wants you in her chair. The MVP is incredible also.
