Without prompting the associate recognized my son’s spectrum d/o and handled the situation perfectly. It was beautiful to watch at least for me it was. It was the best he has ever been while getting his haircut. She even gave him the independence he wants as a teenager . It's a certain stylist that keeps me coming back. Although the MVP is a nice add on, it's mainly the stylist. Rosalba is hands down the best stylist. She takes her time, she listens to my request and introduces new ideas for my haircut. I have used other stylist when she is not available and have not been 100% satisfied. I'm not saying they are bad, they just don't do the detail work Rosalba does.

Amazing quality and clean environment
Great experience. In the past I had issues because the staff would try to skip my son (a child) and it would make it seem like they do not feel comfortable doing children. This last time, staff was very friendly and did not get that vibe.
