I have never left unsatisfied when I’ve had a cut from CJ. in fact, I’m willing to wait an hour or more for him when he’s booked out by requests during the day. He’s that good at what he does! Today was such a special and emotional moment for us. Mrs. Gloria has always remembered my son’s sensory sensitivities and has been so patient, understanding, and caring with him every time he comes in.
Recently, my son grew out of one of his fears, and today he was able to proudly tell her, “It’s okay, I’m not scared of the blow dryer anymore!”🥹❤️
She looked at me, and we both just stood there amazed at this little milestone. It may seem like something small to some people, but as his mom, I know just how BIG that moment was.

I like the environment. I really like the app and sign in for the waitlist and that it tells you how long your wait will be and that you can let them know you are in the store when you arrive. I also line the video board at check in that displays the wait list info. The stylist are always very good and the store is always clean.
Finally convinced my 17 year old autistic grandson to get his haircut. Stylist was especially understanding and careful. The experience was perfect. He is no longer afraid to get haircuts. I’d say about 6 inches were cut. And he is so proud of himself and the way he looks. SCORE!
