I am very impressed with Rosalba and she is the only Stylist I will let cut my hair. She is very professional and cuts exactly to my wishes. Hopefully Sports Clips will be able to retain her services. In the past when I had a Stylist that I liked she left Sports Clips for some reason Management needs to do a better job of retaining the better Stylists.
