I really come cause of the stylist. I came in one day because the person I normally get my hair cut with was unavailable and I needed my hair cut. I’ve gone through a couple stylist here when I needed another cut but never liked the job they did. I now come back every other week cause of Theresa. If she isn’t there I’ll wait till she is there

Easy to talk with her as she was geninely concerned about doi g a great job that I wsntex. She listened very well. Her experience was spot on. I could tell she was not only experienced but was very good at getting it right without hurrying up to get to another customer. We had a good time too. She showed goodwill.

I’ve used sport clips for years. I prefer to walk in so I usually don’t have the same barber but Brittany did an outstanding job and I will request her in the future. Aside from cleanliness I enjoy the scalp massage/shampoo and hot towel on the face.
Good Service almost no waiting time
Ease of making appointments and knowing the wait times and who is on shift. Good selection of men’s hair care products. Used Sport Clips in California and now that I live in New Braunfels Texas I go to a couple of them here.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ari and the staff at this location on Potranco next to HEB. She makes the Sport Clips experience feel comfortable by being friendly making suggestions and listening to my Dad jokes. She is a great representation of the company. The crew are great as well. Hire more like her.
