Bebe is fantastic. She greets me by name and remembers exactly what I want, but confirms with me to assure it’s perfect. She is efficient, friendly and experienced. I wish I could hire employees as good as she is. Hats off!

The App. Specifically, being able to get in line ahead of time on the app. It allows you to have the experience of an appointment without having to actually make one too far ahead of time. So you go at your convenience and you don't have to wait. Then there is a board in the waiting area that shows what place in line you are. It was very cool to walk in and see my name at #1! The app did an excellent job of telling me exactly what time to show up. I appreciated that there were several stylists available. I also liked that when I asked for a "scissor cut" the stylist was very kind about it and did not insist on using the clippers.
