Wait times are excessive, even when checking in on the app. I arrived about 15 minutes before my projected time and waited an additional 45 minutes.

I had my daughter’s haircut by Kim A and it turned out BEAUTIFUL. She is very skilled and and fun/nice. I had my son’s haircut by Adrianna and it’s perfect everytime. My son is very picky and we are always happy with Adrianna!!
