Always friendly if you sign up on the list the wait time is usually pretty accurate. Just enough chat from the stylist. Always clean. I really trust this brand.
The stylists, barber in my case (not much hair to style), have all been very attentive to my requests and done well. Edie has become my favorite. This last week I changed up my request, explaining what and why, she did perfectly. It was the best haircut in 20 years. She is definitely still my favorite!

Using the app to schedule an appointment helps in not having to wait as long as if you are a walk in. Never had an issue with any of the staff and all have very good customer service skills.
