What I don’t like is that at my last visit I requested a “triple play” and I was charged “2x triple play”. I was charged an extra $8! I didn’t argue, but she washed my short hair twice without asking. She also nearly scalded my head with extremely hot water. I’m not the type to complain, but then I received this survey. I still tipped her $6 but I wasn’t happy.
