Fast service, adding to lineup from app is great. I was charged as a new MVP visit but stylist didn’t wash my hair, didn’t get the MVP packaged but charged for it.
The service with the new people who work at this location now are top-notch! Ray did a great job and was very respectful and responsive to the wants and needs of the customer. It is nice to see that the old ways of doing things are there again.

Lived in the area 8 years. First time I got a cut and didn’t have to listen to the barbers drama. I’m a girl and I’m done spending 60 min in a chair hearing about some ladies crazy unhinged life that is 100% her own fault of mismanaging her life from the day she was born. I got the best cut too. Dude cut my hair like a pro. I kept getting old lady cuts (prob because I’m 63) but really there is no reason to walk around looking like the church lady. Cj did a great job, cute workers had a good vibe going on, shop was clean and I got to watch the recap of the Sunday nfl games.
I received a wonderful haircut, just the way I like it. She did an excellent job and I will be back.

When I first moved here I was local to the New Braunfels Creekside location, I have since been going there with Gloria who cuts my hair. She is very attentive and willing to work with me when I want to try something different.

What I don’t like is that at my last visit I requested a “triple play” and I was charged “2x triple play”. I was charged an extra $8! I didn’t argue, but she washed my short hair twice without asking. She also nearly scalded my head with extremely hot water. I’m not the type to complain, but then I received this survey. I still tipped her $6 but I wasn’t happy.

The customer service I receive from Diamond is above and beyond! It’s hard to find this type of service! Diamond has fantastic customer interaction and she gives a clean haircut just the way I request. I hope Diamond can be my hair dresser for many years to come.
