Lysandra was kind, patient and interactive with my little boy for his first ever real haircut. She was skillful and took her time being gentle but did drag it out too long so he wouldn’t sit. It was nice that lollipops were available and his haircut came out very nice !

Like the notes for the hair cut but if they could add the person that last cut my hair each time would be cool. Absolutely love the customer service and the shampoo is best part. Only place I get my haircut. Great job every time.

I always go to Lluvia or Yong for my cuts..both are amazing! Lluvia was my stylist for the last visit. Best cut I’ve had in years! She listened to my changes from the notes and provided a great MVP service.
I’d also like to highlight another stylist at the Stevens Ranch store, Tay. While she did not cut my hair or interact with me in anyway, she is a great representative of Sports Clips. I watched her genuinely work with a young boy (7 or 8) who had a speech impediment. Her dialogue and care for the young boy was an example for all of us. And she also gave him a nice haircut!

I like that the stylists/barbers have notes for each client, so that I don't have to explain what I want for my kids haircuts. The service is fast, and the staff are friendly and professional.
