I did not make an appointment and I was just a walk-in. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to get in the chair. Look like they had pretty pretty good amount of staff to take care of customers. Everybody seem to be very friendly.

Able to get in line online, through the app. Able to save favorite stylists in the app and see who is working that day. Short of an actual specific appointment (really not needed, with this approach) it’s pretty easy to see who you want when you want to.
