Maybe I haven’t been paying attention or looking in the right spot. However, I wish there was an online portal to schedule visits, make payments and coordinate the work.
Honestly, I hate answering the phone and I don’t want to have to consistently talk to someone to schedule my service. From my perspective, I talk to Arrow on my phone more than some of my family and friends. I wish Arrow was more in the background of my life rather than the forefront.
For example, I wish I could go to a portal and pay for the service versus someone reaching out to me confirm it’s okay to make a payment. I wish I could coordinate a time for Arrow to come over rather than having to talk to someone each time.
