You asked to swap out a new tech for our recent visit, but I appreciate you accommodating our request to keep her on our account. It provides some level of comfort and continuity- and safety. If I am home alone and a new tech comes inside, there is always a level of "Stranger danger"

I appreciate how flexible Arrow techs have been. My schedule can be difficult and annoying to work around, but they're always super accommodating. Additionally, every tech I've had from Arrow has been so friendly and helpful. They listen to my concerns or any places I've been seeing insect activity and make sure to not just spray but spend extra time looking in these areas to see what could be causing the activity and give me helpful advice for keeping my home pest free.
