The Dunwoody, GA office handled my own house, but the service was not as good from the Dunwoody office. After the treatment of my house in Sandy Springs,GA, I was left with a much different quote which really surprised me!
I have been an Arrow customer for multiple rental properties. I appreciated the great quote I received from the office in Decatur, but then the Dunwoody technician indicated that the price for my home would be quite different for my own home.
Do the technicians not get trained in customer service and review what customers have multiple properties?
