Very thorough and patient
Gerald is my guy...he always carries a professional attitude. He puts on the booties to keep floors clean and I like the extra mile he goes to sweep down those spiders. ALWAYS tells me If I see any critters I don't like to call him immediately. I have been with Arrow for 30 years and I am going to try and keep them, but it is getting expensive as I am a senior citizen!!!

Customer service is excellent. Our service techs have been great. We have never had a problem Arrow hasn't been able to take care of. We also like that Ari (our current tech) knows how to balance pest control with care for pollinators. He pays attention to where our butterfly garden and bee houses are and takes care to eliminate only the necessary insects in other places.

Appt was at set time and technician is always friendly, answers all of my questions, and I see very few bugs.
Uninterrupted service. Our technician is very friendly but does not interrupt whatever we’re doing while he is in our home. He does a thorough job and briefly explains any areas that need to be brought to our attention.
