The specialist was very knowledgeable and did the work in a very profess Manner.

I am pleased with the prompt service and the cleaning of our upholstered loveseat and sofa. The rug looks great now. It was really soiled, as was the loveseat. Now they both are more attractive and their appearance is more inviting.
I also like that there isn't much if any fragrance to your cleaning products. I have an allergic asthma sensitivity to fragrances.

I’m was not as clean as I hoped for

Zerorez cleaned my antique sofa that I purchased from a garage sale. It was covered in dust and had a few stains on the cushions. After the cleaning, the sofa looks brand new—the fabric is noticeably brighter, and all the stains were completely removed.

Great communication. Tech showed up when he said he would. Tech offered additional services but this was my neighbors house so I declined.

The tech got rid of all of the serious stains and did a great job on the heavy travelled areas.

Let me start by saying it is rare for me to take out time to submit a review. However, I must share with others the great service provided by Zerorez and, in particular, Cameron. He took the time to understand what we were looking to accomplish before he set out to perform the work. Our tile floors were sealed prior and it was a concern as to whether the tile cleaning and grout sealing would be effective. Long story short, through Cameron's efforts and knowledge, we were successful at both. The floors look amazing. He then turned to our carpet cleaning which again he communicated about areas that might require significant effort. Yet again, his effort and persistence left those areas looking amazing too. I would recommend Zerorez to whomever asks and I certainly would recommend Cameron. I look forward to having them back to our home in the future when the time presents itself.
