I am always called by name. Frequently, the door is held open for me. my fresh glass of water is waiting for me when I check in for my appointment. My poor attempts at describing what I want to do are patiently resolved. My main stylist is Monique. She knows just how I want things done. She has a way to draw you out when you are having a bad day. I love all the girls at the Cedar Park site. The girls out front are always alert to my needs. If I have a scheduling issue, I know that they will do their best to resolve any issue. Erin does my facials and makes me feel special. I frequently share my love this shop with other senior ladies. Ellie always walks me safely to my car, I get hugs from everyone. I would not even be tempted to go elsewhere.
