All staff are very versed in customer service. The receptionist makes you feel special by calling you by name, offering you a beverage, and taking care of your payment and appointment needs. The stylists listen to you intently and work hard to complete your services just as you envisioned. They are very helpful for those of us who get a "blank picture" when it comes to hair stuff. All of the little "extras" are very much appreciated, i.e. hand massage, turning bright lights down, walking seniors to their car, etc. My girls at Cedar Park are all very special to me! I recommend Breeze Salon to all the strangers who compliment me on my beautiful hairstyle.

Nadine is the best! She is able to create any look, and she is honest about how certain cuts or styles will work with my hair type and what we can do to make it work. When we discuss a cut, she asks for the look I’m going for and explores how we can achieve it. Because of her talent and the time she takes to get to know my needs, her haircuts ALWAYS exceed my expectations, and she is always looking out for my hair’s health. She’s never pushy, always kind, super creative, and incredibly skilled - truly an artist! She’s been my stylist for years and I always walk out of the chair looking incredible. She’s a gem!!!

The results! My stylist Tanya always nails the look I’m going for. She even added a darker couple pieces in the front after styling due to my personal preference. She really goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy and feel fabulous. Very relaxing experience
I am so pleased with the complete Breeze salon experience. I called after my initial appointment because I was not 100% happy with the color (too much red in my unprofessional opinion). The assistant manager exhibited a genuine willingness to help. I made the follow-up appointment. when I arrived to my follow-up appointment, Kylie, my hairdresser, was so gracious and understanding. She did not display any frustration. She was pleasant, understanding, and just wanted to make me happy. She is fantastic! We discussed the pictures and selected the toner to use. I love the results and I am so impressed with the staff at Breeze Salon.
Breeze in Georgetown, TX is the 5th Aveda salon I have been a regular customer of, as I have lived in 6 states over the past twenty years. Breeze is sincerely my favorite of them all. There are so many reasons why. The largest factor is my stylist Tanya. She is so kind, understanding, patient, gentle, knowledgeable, and extremely talented. I have no skills at all when it comes to styling my own hair and I struggle to explain what I would like to have done with it. She is intuitive and takes time to explain or discuss the possibilities. She has taught me so much, with regards to hair care, proper styling, and color management. Tanya is such a sweet, funny, and thoughtful person that I look forward to every appointment as if I'm visiting a friend. The whole staff are welcoming, kind, and the salon itself is lovely and comfortable. Small details, such as the dimmed lights in the shampoo room, result in a spa-like experience. In the past, I have always left a salon appointment with a migraine. Usually from glaring overhead lighting, overwhelming perfumes or candles, or just tension from the whole experience. I am autistic and a hair appointment is physically & mentally stressful for me. I feel safe, understood, and accepted at Breeze. This is a rare environment for me and I am tremendously appreciative of all they do.
