I am so pleased with the complete Breeze salon experience. I called after my initial appointment because I was not 100% happy with the color (too much red in my unprofessional opinion). The assistant manager exhibited a genuine willingness to help. I made the follow-up appointment. when I arrived to my follow-up appointment, Kylie, my hairdresser, was so gracious and understanding. She did not display any frustration. She was pleasant, understanding, and just wanted to make me happy. She is fantastic! We discussed the pictures and selected the toner to use. I love the results and I am so impressed with the staff at Breeze Salon.
Breeze in Georgetown, TX is the 5th Aveda salon I have been a regular customer of, as I have lived in 6 states over the past twenty years. Breeze is sincerely my favorite of them all. There are so many reasons why. The largest factor is my stylist Tanya. She is so kind, understanding, patient, gentle, knowledgeable, and extremely talented. I have no skills at all when it comes to styling my own hair and I struggle to explain what I would like to have done with it. She is intuitive and takes time to explain or discuss the possibilities. She has taught me so much, with regards to hair care, proper styling, and color management. Tanya is such a sweet, funny, and thoughtful person that I look forward to every appointment as if I'm visiting a friend. The whole staff are welcoming, kind, and the salon itself is lovely and comfortable. Small details, such as the dimmed lights in the shampoo room, result in a spa-like experience. In the past, I have always left a salon appointment with a migraine. Usually from glaring overhead lighting, overwhelming perfumes or candles, or just tension from the whole experience. I am autistic and a hair appointment is physically & mentally stressful for me. I feel safe, understood, and accepted at Breeze. This is a rare environment for me and I am tremendously appreciative of all they do.

Sarah is the best hairstylist I’ve literally ever been to! She knows exactly what to do and remembers and does an amazing job at it every single time! Not only does she do fabulous color and haircuts, but she is one of the most jovial, sweet, and fun people I’ve ever met! When I go for my hair appointment, it’s actually a blast. Breeze salon in general, is extremely relaxing, the staff are lovely and helpful. Always, it’s clean and smells amazing :-) I’ve been going to the salon since I moved to Texas 13 years ago or so and have never had a bad experience!
