Consumer Testimonials
Format and low key approach to learn the game.
Do dislike that some clubs recruit only the best for their teams as it would be nice to just have kids learn the game rather than make them into robot competitors.
An amazing place for my daughters to learn the game of golf. We absolutely love PGA Jr.
Everything about the Countryside (Mundelein, IL) program was great. Alex was a great coach/leader, always had enough help, and the experience was much more than any other lesson/program we've been in thus far.
The kids get to play at different courses.
Great for kids to learn and complete
I love that the program gets them out playing on the course with other kids their age. The scramble format is great for building confidence and taking the pressure off. And our coaches are amazing!
Great chance for kids to golf and learn to compete in the game of golf.
It is a great sport and the coaching team is great with the kids
Great opportunity for young kids to play real golf and learn sportsmanship in a great team atmosphere.
We love the coach!
Kids love it!
The chance to help kids learn to play tournament golf without the pressure
It was a very good experience for my son. He learned a lot and was able to play regularly. He made friendships. The coaches were really helpful.
My son is 11 so there are not many programs in the area that offer a competitive environment for him to play in at that age.
The lead golf professional, Brandon Evans, at Village Greens of Woodridge, was exceptional and working with the kids. Teaching skills and making it fun. We like that the program included instruction on all aspects of golf including course play. Our girls thoroughly enjoyed it.
The league was well organized with an emphasis on teaching the kids the game while also learning to enjoy it. Alex Eichman is a pleasure to work with. He is so patient with the kids, and he is a great teacher. We have enjoyed our summers with this program!

Focus on team
It has given my son more opportunity to improve his game and continue to play.
It is a great way to get kids involved in a friendly competition. it provides great team work, a chance for kids to play other courses, work on their golf skills, etiquette, etc.
Fun league for the kids. Good competition and good golf experience for all of them
The George W. Dunne program was great. Definitely would sign my son up for it again
My son had a great time!
The coordinators at Village Greens were great. The competition was competitive and the other parents were great.
Great program best youth program
Wonderful golf league for kids!
Provides an excellent forum for the kids to learn the game, have fun competing, and build friendships
Very organized, fun and great people to play with .
Our kids loved the junior league! It was a great experience for them to get out on a course at ages 7 and 9. We plan on joining again next year! Only hope would be for practices and matches to be in the morning Vs afternoon/evening as we heard that was how it was done previously at Cog Hill. Thank you!
Teamwork, access to practice / match opportunities.
