Great service, friendly staff, busy time of year yet still fitted my in repairs
Communication during my bike service was very good. A component was identified as worn and in need of replacement and I was contacted to discuss the replacement instead of assumptions being made by the mechanic.
I would suggest an improvement to the bike service process to include a written service report. The report could include what components might need changing next and on what timeline, general mechanical health and suggested improvements for better handling/ride etc.
