I am on auto fill so I never have to worry about running out of propane. Also, since I'm on auto fill I get to be on level billing so I never have to worry about a huge bill in the winter.

The friendly and helpful people working in the Troy Ohio office. My initial contact via the online/telephone remote sales people was unsuccessful. If the Troy office had not been available to me I would have went with another provider.
