When I called to inquire about the tank possibly needing replaced, she didn’t hesitate to find out answers for me and called back within a day. She explained that the tank was going to be replaced and how I was going to be charged and credited for propane.

Customer service! Recent experiences include a generator installed where Earhart was present on the startup to properly initiate the startup. Willing to change out a 23 year old propane tank for a refurbished one and the professionalism by Jonathan the installer to insure the tank was level and verify the lines we’re sealed and not leaking! Propane delivery within 2 hours later! Now, that is excellent scheduling and customer service$. Accolades to the Earhart team!
Ordering propane was easy. I like online access to my account so I can order propane and check my history. It helps me keep track of my annual consumption. Also, it's easy to get a human being on the line, and she was friendly and helpful.

I left another local company to come to Earhart. Melissa was wonderful to work with while planning our tank delivery. Roger was our installer and he was top notch! He was friendly and informative. Both of these people confirmed that I made the right decision by choosing Earhart .
